Best. Weekend. Ever... Part III

So last I wrote, the girls and I were headed down to Pearl Street to see the boys for the first time. We were piled in the limo and Blue was riding down with our sitter Katie in my car. The boys were on their way from Millennium in their limo. The plan was to meet in the alley near the Boulderado hotel to capture Brandon and my first sight of each other. Well, when the girl's limo arrived, Barnaby hopped out to find the boys and discovered that there was a worker in the alley cleaning the awnings. Apparently on first attempt the guy refused to leave. Barnaby came back to deliver the news and before I could even call out her name, Jaime was climbing out of the limo to handle the "issue" ... within minutes she back to say "Okay! We're all set!" :) [Jaime's infamous for her persuasion and negotiation skills]

Nicole and Barnaby lined up Brandon out in the alley, and when he and the bridal party were ready, the came to get me from the limo....

Here I come....

ooooh, he looked SOOOO good!

So cute... my sister started crying and had to turn around :)

After a few groups shots in the alleyway, we were about to head to our next photo spot, but got sidetracked by some new friends in the alley :) They shared their pear vodka with me :)

And then we were off to Chautauqua, just a few minutes away...

My gosh Blue Bear was handsome that day!!

funny picture... He was so good with the boys, but just wouldn't look at Barnaby with the girls!

Next up... we headed to the mountain on which Flagstaff House sits, but we were going to the top to Lost Gulch for some last group shots. I was sure to make sure that the limos and shuttles were physically the right size to make it up the windy roads of Flagstaff mountain... but I guess you just can't predict how great the engine is going to be! Sure enough, just above the restaurant, the girl's limo overheated!! No worries though -- it was all smiles and laughter in our limo. We hopped out and started hitchhiking :)

Meanwhile, the boys were already at the top and Nicole got these amazing shots...

Within 5 minutes we were at the top, thanks to the 1st limo coming back for us. Poor Melissa... motion sickness was beginning to kick in a little at this point. Those roads are REALLY windy. I think by this point Blue Bear was getting a little photo'd out too...

After these quick shots, we headed back down to Flagstaff House to get married!

These are some additional group portraits that we took after the ceremony....
