So, after we arrived back to Boulder after an awesome camping trip in Buena Vista, we still had lots in store for us!
The Bolder Boulder is a 10K race that runs through our town every year and is the largest in the world - with over 50,000 runners coming from around the world. The race course passes by just a couple blocks from our house. Since Sus and Ols were running it this year, Reebs, Doug, Brandon and I had a slumber party at the house so that we could get up at 7 am to cheer them on. At our corner, our friend's band - Jababa - also set up and played for the runners.
After the race, we headed back to our house to wait out some rain and for a little hula-hooping :)
... and then headed down to town for the Boulder Creek Festival - a huge 3-day festival with live music, food and vendors. It was a great time and we met up with a few more people that graduated from Madison High School with me and Sara.
